ATLANTA, Ga. – Florida State's Alaina Chacon & Madison Fitzpatrick captures this week's CCSA Beach Volleyball Pair of the Week awards, announced by the league office on Wednesday. The pair posted a perfect week last week for the Seminoles and becomes the first pair this season to win the CCSA Pair of the Week twice.
Chacon and Fitzpatrick went 3-0 last week, with two of their wins coming against ranked opponents. The duo took down top pairs from #10 Stetson and #15 Arizona. The pair has won four matches in row and five of their last six. Chacon and Fitzpatrick sit with a record of 13-5 on the season and are 4-0 out of the No. 1 pairing this season.
