Owls Finish Second at TYR Fall Classic

MIAMI – The Florida Atlantic University men's and women's swimming and diving teams concluded the second and final day of the TYR Fall Classic, hosted by Florida International University. The last meet day on Saturday morning saw four individual first place finishes for the Owls and 17 total finishes in the top three. For the entire meet, both the men's and women's team finished second in total points in their field, with the women scoring 483 points and the men scoring 475.

  • Alicia Mora's score of 282.98 in the 3 meter dive was good for second place
  • Roberta Circi finished in third place in the 200 IM (2:14)
  • The women's 'A' team (Mary Adam, Circi, Lydia Lanahan, Robertson) came in second place in the 200 medley relay (1:47.85)
