Charlotte, N.C. (TheCCSA.com) – UNC Asheville’s Caitlin Hefner earned the CCSA Swimmer of the Week honors, announced Tuesday by the league office. This is the first honor for Hefner this season.

23rd at the 2022 CSCAA Open Water Championships - 1:00:17.72
-Hefner led the way for Asheville at the CSCAA Open Water Championships. She logged a time of 1:00:17.72, which ranked 23rd in the 110-swimmer field. Overall, Asheville placed ninth at the Championships finishing ahead of Cincinnati, Florida Atlantic, Florida State, Grand Canyon, and Toledo.
