CCSA ANNOUNCES WOMEN’S SWIMMER AND DIVER OF THE WEEK

Charlotte, N.C. (TheCCSA.com) – North Florida’s Faith Mutschler earned the first CCSA Swimmer of the Week honors announced Tuesday by the league office. Mutschler captured three of the eight total first-place finishes for North Florida last Friday, taking home wins in the 200 freestyle, 500 freestyle, and 1000 freestyle..

Freshman | Wellington, FL

- First career CCSA Swimmer of the Week honor

- Won three events outright in her UNF and collegiate debut as a true freshman

- Swam a 1:57.30 in the 200-freestyle capturing a first-place finish

- Recorded a time of 5:11.12 in the 500 freestyle, good for another first-place finish

- Completed the 1,000 freestyle with a time of 10:41.45, Good for another first-place finish.

Mutschler Helped UNF to a season-opening road win at UALR and her performance garnered 27 points alone with her first-place times.
