A native of Sugar Land, Texas, Finnigan is a highly-decorated student-athlete. She was recently voted the winner of Liberty's Rock Royer/Mac Rivera Award. Finnigan was named the 2018 Coastal Collegiate Sports Association (CCSA) Women's Swimmer of the Year.
