ATLANTA, Ga. – LSU's Olivia Beyer & Maddie Ligon earn this week's CCSA Beach Volleyball Pair of the Week awards, announced by the league office on Wednesday. In just their first week playing together this season, the pair notched a 4-0 record at the FIU Surf 'N' Turf and helped LSU finish with a 3-1 mark for the weekend. All four of Beyer & Ligon's victories came against ranked opponents.

- Posted a 4-0 record last weekend at the FIU Surf 'N' Turf last week; LSU went 3-1 as a team
- All four victories came against ranked opponents including #8 FIU, #10 Stetson, #15 FAU and #16 Grand Canyon
- This past weekend was the first time Beyer & Ligon played together this season
- LSU sits at #4 in the latest AVCA top 20 poll; they've been ranked in the top ten the last 30-straight weeks
- The Tigers host the LSU Beach Invitational this coming weekend against CCSA foes #11 South Carolina & #20 TCU
