CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — Five James Madison swimmers closed out the UVA Cavalier Invite on Sunday, competing in the final two days of the weekend.
On Saturday,
Suzanne Earnshaw swam lifetime bests in the 100 and 200 Breast, recording times of 1:06.03 and 2:22.83, respectively. Earnshaw then finished sixth in the finals of the 100 Breast with a time of 1:06.37.
Jordyn Schnell also recorded a lifetime best on Saturday, completing the 100 Fly in 57.67.
Competing on Saturday as well,
Abby Zindler recorded a time of 1:05.68 in the 100 Breast while
Abby Maguire swam the 200 Fly in 2:07.19.
Caroline Crouse swam a time of 1:56.18 in the 200 Free prelims on Saturday to advance to the finals, where she placed tenth with a time of 1:52.38. She then swam the seventh fastest time in program history in the 200 Fly finals on Sunday, recording a time of 2:02.77 to take third.
